When you announced to the public,that you began to lose weight & cut down on all your sweets & eat more healthier foods;I also made changes in my eating habits.
I lost 50 pounds,within between 6 & 7 months.
I cut down on my coffee,sweets,meats,starches,such as potatoes & soda pop!
I am eating 1 meal a day,plus soups & salads during the day,only when I feel hungry. I drink lots of water & juices.
I look & feel fantastic !

To Joyce, you have to click “print preview” first then the print button and you don’t get the box.

when I go to print the recipe, there is a box that is over the right lower part of the recipe . It says “Short Cuts”. I want to see the recipe not this box over the recipe. How do I get rid of it. I tried print recipe only and its still there.

Hi Paula! Paula, I noticed awhile back that when you’re introducing us to recipes for things that start in a pan and then finish in the OVEN, you fail to tell us to start the recipe in an oven-proof skillet. We Yankees from up north don’t have alot of cast iron, Paula….so it would be big help to us if you would always try to remember to tell us to start out the recipe in an oven-proof skillet, OK?

OMG!!!
I made this for brunch with girlfriends and all of us thought we’d died and gone to pancake heaven!
Don’t forget the dijon-brown sugar glazed bacon. It completes the dish.
