If you’re looking to treat your family without turning on the oven, these no-bake Easter dessert recipes are perfect for when you need something sweet to round out your holiday spread without all the fuss!

One of our favorites also happens to be one of yours—Paula’s Not Yo’ Mama’s Banana Pudding is regularly among her most popular recipes, especially around holidays. This creamy, dreamy dessert features layers of vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and the most  decadent custard. Trust us—this one goes fast!

If you’re wanting to walk down memory lane a bit, try this vintage-inspired Strawberry Mold. This beautiful no-bake Easter dessert is packed with fruit, and the jello layers make it a showstopper on any Easter table.

For something a little more indulgent, you can’t go wrong with Paula’s Chocolate Dipped Cannoli recipe or her no-bake Éclair Cake recipe. They’re wonderfully decadent—perfect for when you want to impress your guests without breaking a sweat.

Lastly, if you have a hankering for a fun, fruity finish, be sure to try this Lemon Berry Trifle or Paula’s Lime Blueberry Tiramisu. Both are light, refreshing, and full of flavor—just the way we like it down here!

For an extra touch of elegance, make Paula’s No-Bake Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake. It’s silky and smooth, with a tangy swirl of raspberries to balance out the sweetness. It’s the perfect sweet finish to your Easter dinner!

These no-bake Easter dessert recipes will make your gathering extra sweet, no oven required!

We loved themed desserts for holidays, so this Easter Bonnet Cookies recipe is a no-brainer! Easter bunnies, Easter eggs, carrots—there are no shortage of Easter motifs, but we love the old-fashioned feel of these Easter bonnet cookies. It’s a reminder of days gone by—when people donned their very best on Easter Sunday, including hats adorned with beautiful ribbons and flowers. If you’re ready to make these Easter bonnet cookies, we’re ready to show you how. So let’s get started, y’all!

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all purpose flour, plus more for rolling
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • ½ cup prepared cake frosting
  • food coloring in colors of your choice (we opted for pastels)
  • macaroons (you can buy prepared macaroons or make your own Lemon Coconut Macaroons)
  • candied lemon zest
  • flower-shaped decorative sprinkles

You’ll also need the following tools:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Sifter
  • Baking sheet
  • Plastic wrap
  • Wire racks
  • Piping bag

First, let’s start by making the cookies. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars together at a medium speed until light and fluffy. Then add the egg, lemon zest, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.

In the small mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Then, gradually beat the flour mixture into the butter mixture at low speed, until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 balls, wrap each ball in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After chilling the dough, roll it out to a quarter-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Then cut out your cookies with round, fluted 2-inch cutters, and place them on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Chill the cookies for 15 minutes more before baking.

Preheat the oven to 350°F, then bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Let them cool on the pans for 2 minutes before cooling them completely on wire racks.

Is there a more iconic side dish for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter than a green bean casserole? We’ll wait… Yeah, we didn’t think so either!

Well, Paula’s Southern Green Bean Casserole recipe is the best around, so we thought we’d share her delicious recipe with you all so you can spread some delicious joy on your holiday table!

Ready to get started? You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • ⅓ stick butter
  • ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 2 cups sliced green beans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10¾-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2.8-oz) can French-fried onion rings
  • 1 pinch Paula Deen’s House Seasoning
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Now that you have your ingredients gathered, it’s time to get cooking, y’all!

To get started, you’ll need to preheat the oven to 350 °F, then melt the ⅓ stick of butter in a large skillet. Next, sauté the onions and mushrooms in the butter. Meanwhile, boil the green beans in the chicken broth for 10 minutes, and then drain them.

Next up, add the green beans, mushroom soup, and onion rings, to the onions, mushrooms, and butter. Then season the mixture with Paula’s House Seasoning to taste, making sure to stir well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 1½-quart baking dish, then toss it in the oven for 20 minutes. Lastly, top the casserole with the Cheddar cheese, and bake it for about 10 more minutes, until the casserole is hot and cheese is melted.

This classic Southern green bean casserole recipe is the perfect addition to any holiday table. It’s consistently one of Paula’s most popular recipes each year, and for good reason—it’s one of those universally beloved dishes that pairs well with just about any holiday entrée, including turkey, ham, and beef.

We love Easter supper, but these Easter finger food recipes are the perfect appetizer before the big meal! It’s been a few months since we were able to enjoy a big holiday feast, and, boy, are we ready! Of course, dinnertime can’t come soon enough. We really like to avoid eating big meals before the main event, so we’ve taken to preparing finger foods to enjoy throughout the day.

Now, we’re not suggesting that you make all of these, as you surely wouldn’t be hungry by dinnertime if you did, but we like to choose about three to four to make and serve over the course of the day. It helps to curb those grumbly tummies without being too filling to enjoy the ham, green beans, and squash casserole that are coming your way later! Your family will love the opportunity to try some new yummy Easter finger food recipes, and you’ll love that they aren’t fighting “hanger” or full bellies come suppertime. Happy Easter, and happy eating!

We know planning a full Easter dinner can be overwhelming, so we’ve assembled a list of our favorite Easter main course recipes to help inspire you.

We’ve got big plans for our side dishes, including classics like Southern Green Bean Casserole and Traditional Southern Deviled Eggs, but we just haven’t decided on the star of the show yet—the entrée! We love a good holiday ham—the problem is that there are just too many delicious ways to cook a ham. Though come to think of it, that sounds like a pretty good problem to have!

With options like Peanut Butter Glazed Ham, Ginger Ale Glazed Ham, Baked Ham with Soy & House Seasoning, and Deep-Fried Ham, how are we supposed to choose? We may just put it up to a vote!

Do you know what your main course for Easter will be yet? We’d love to hear! Are you trying something new or sticking with a family favorite?
