I have learned so much about cooking from your show, the Neeleys and Contessa, and the Girl with the baby that hosted the show with you.
I dont cook with booze, so I just watch her when she is doing things just like I do you and I am picking up so many good habbits. I love it all. Last night we picked up a deep fryer like yours. I cant wait to use it. I plan to do it with the mini corn dog reciep.

Can I ask you what is the difference between the creams. Heavy cream is that 1/2 and 1/2 or is this something different. Or is it whiping heavy cream? I know the difference between the milks ev and sweet. But not the creams.

Would you fill me in somehow.
