I used to make this before the kids came along. I tell ya what, fetal brain drain does exist. I tried to make this for them and it never came out right. Then I found this recipe and I traveled back to pre-child state of mind. I made it for the kids. “FINALLY, Mom. It IS good!” Thank you Paula.

It is not what I expected but I like it! It reminds me of Peanut Butter Cups in a bar form. Yummy! Definately more of a candy consistency than a cookie. My kids love it…

I would like to know how you can make soft Choc. chip cookies. My husband cannot eat hard cookies and I don’t know what I am doing wrong.
