I would like better canning instructions. It says to can according to instructions that come with the jars. Every product has different instructions so what is proper for this recipe? Also at the end it says Peach Pickles stay good for up to two weeks. If they are canned they should stay good for much longer than this. Thank you for your help. Also I gave this a rating of three skillets only because I have not tried it yet. Thank you for your help.

Paula,thank you for the peach pickle receipe I remember as achild we had them only during aholiday season. Idon,have a feezer to keep fresh peaches and I have nt found csnned whole peaches. However, I am going to try next peach season to can a few. Even my oldest daughter remembers some my mother had. Thanks for the memories. Ida
