I used a pork sirloin roast instead of the roast it called for and instead of Dijon mustard, I used horse radish sauce. Also I cooked it at 350 for about 1 1/2. It was delish!!

The sauce was awesome but the meat was not – slow cooked for longer to get the temp up so it would have been tender and still not over cooked…
