I am doing it again this year. So simple but oh sooooo gooood. A lot easier to get the seasoned salty taste with the soy sauce that you need with a fresh ham. I failed to print the recipe, but remembered the preparation process. I couldn’t remember the oven temp or time for baking, so I just Googled Paula Deen and pork. I’m glad I found this website and this recipe so I’ll have the opportunity to finally print it for keeps. By the way, we’re having this ham (as well as chitterlings) for Thanksgiving instead of a turkey. This is much better. 😉
