Im going to try your BLT DEVILED EGGS . They sound yummy. Paula, what I really wanted to tell you is that I purchased a set of your pots and pans this past Christmas. They are absolutely the best I have ever had and ive had some really expensive ones too. I like how you can go from top of stove to oven just like that and I love how the bottom of the pans are colored just like the sides. They dont get dirty and nasty looking like most pans do after long use. I love them. If these wear out , I’ll just buy another set. Keep up the good work.

I really have a hard time reading some comments and understanding where they are coming from as to they say ” a recipe with no mustard in ” as if you have to follow a recipe to the T. A recipe is a guide only, your personal preferences of what you or your family like or dislike, is totally up to you.
In our family we don’t like onions, so instead of adding green onions I change a recipe and add finely chopped celery, and a little green sweet relish, and never had a complaint that anyone missed the green onions in the deviled eggs!!!

I made the BLT Eggs FOR OUR easter dinner in the park, I made over a 100 of them, they went over like a THERE WAS NO TOMMORROW!! everyone loved them & wanted to know who gave me this fabulous recipe.? i told go watch youre t.v & turn it on ch 110 until you see PAULA DEAN. EVERYONE HAD A GREAT TIME PAULA, THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE. MY 3 YEAR OLD GR. GRANDAUGHTER REALLY LOVED EGGS, SHE ATE 5 ALONE!!! & SHE DOESNT CARE FOR EGGS. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN. MARILYN CRUM

Great Festive Appetizer! Made these for a Christmas Party and they were a hit! Topped each egg with a piece of chopped tomato and sprinkled them with parsley to give them a Christmas touch! Great way to change up an old favorite.

These eggs are great! I add minced scallions to the recipe and usually up the basic ingredients. I’m constantly asked to make them for different gatherings and they are always gone. People constantly ask what is in them. Thanks for the recipe.

Thank you for sharing your recipes. They are all just great. At least the ones I have tried. I love southern cooking even with all the butter and bacon fat.
