I should have realized it would not be tasty when I saw the very small amounts of cheese. Bland would be an understatement. The flavor from the tiny amounts of cheese are drowned out by the other ingredients. Truthfully, the only flavor that came through, was that of the vegetable water! If this is what it takes to have “healthy mac and cheese’, I’d rather just give it up entirely.
