This is the best hot chocolate recipe I have ever made. It is truly creamy & dreamy! We had some left over and we stored it in the refrigerator and it was just as good 4 or 5 days later. We put whipped cream on top of ours.
Delicious!

This recipe is the best! In the past 3 months I’ve tried several different recipes – including master encyclopedia (Alton Brown) and your recipe is so much better! Just use milk instead of water and add sweetened homemade whipped cream flavored with a touch of cinnamon oil. THE BEST PAULA! Thanks! I’ve printed this one for my kitchen recipe book!

This is amazing. Such rich chocolate taste. Everyone enjoyed it and it kept perfectly in the frig. Added a little peppermint schnapps to the leftovers and it was perfect.

This is the same recipe that Eagle Brand has on its website. I replaced half of the water with milk, still very rich though.
