The book has two sticks of melted butter versus two sticks of softened butter and the filling calls for
6 eggs and one cup of flour in the book versus four eggs and six tablespoons on the web. The recipe in your book also calls 3 tablespoons of grated lemon zest versus no mentioning of this on the website. Why the difference in recipes?

I am just now seeing your review and I am so sorry it’s 6 years later. However, I can tell you from experience that any lemon squares recipe that requires a 9×13 baking dish and 2 cups of flour with the amount ingredients listed will definitely takes 4 eggs. I hope you get this response to your question. I am Brenda from Georgia.

Paula’s recipe had amazing reviews and looked easy enough. Let me tell you, the ratings don’t lie!! They came out of the oven 20 minutes ago and I’ve probably already have eaten 10. Thanks for a great recipe!!
